Pretty much everyone in management needs management classes, real bad. Everyone is in their own world - no communication or teamwork. Most managers don’t try to be fair they play favorites. This mean immature mentality shows in how employees treated by their managers/vp’s and how they treat each other. They also had scandals - people doing lewd things- the law had to become involved. There have been at least half dozen people that everyone knew were gay (which is not accepted by Christianity/Catholicism – ironically since a large number of priests are secretly anonymous homosexuals) who come to work every day saying how Christian they are but living daily lie at work about their sexuality.
This explains another poster on here’s comment “they are wolves in sheep’s clothing.” They seem to be basically mostly hypocrites. At Cross Catholic International Outreach you are working with people who come to work and pretend and lie about being Christianity every day, so they less integrity than pure atheist would. The vast majority of employees just pretending to be religious because they want the job, so it is worse than working with atheists at least atheist honest about their belief. Most were chosen based on being someone’s friend or how look. The vice presidents have no leadership skills either. The top mostly interested in talking about philosophy - like a theologian would. This organization used to have separate sister organization that was not tied to Catholic church and it lost money from day one all up into the end. Priests/monsignors attached to this organization really runs that part of it, so it can’t miss – they get their donations from people who go to church, and Catholic give big. The only reason Cross Catholic has done well is that it is tied into the Catholic Church, so that is who run it. The other organization wants to reach out now but this organization kind of doesn't. To this day the two organizations don’t like each other. Most of this company's ideas are from there - good and bad. This co was kind of started through another nonprofit in S Fl, Food for the Poor, The president and most senior people from there. The vps/senior directors and managers are incompetent and most of them not mature person and act very petty and abusive. H travels to donors a lot and handles devotions every day. He is good fundraiser though and was well connected from previous employment. This makes sense because he major in theology major and does not have any business background.
He interested in daily devotions and studying the Catholic Church. He does not appear to be involved at all. The president is good man but not good businessman. This organization not run like a charity business.
